A message dated June 4, 2010, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and                                                           
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent

    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16(L&C)                                                                                   
    Relating to federal procurement preferences for small businesses                                                            
    in the state that are owned and controlled by service-disabled
